Acer Liquid Mini E310

Acer introduced a new Android handphone to the market. It is Acer Liquid Mini E310. It uses Android OS v2.2 Froyo. Acer Liquid Mini E310 is a reduced-feature of Acer Liquid E series. It was segmented to the entry level market. It will fight in the segment of Samsung Galaxy Mini and LG Optimus ME.





Design
Acer Liquid Mini E310 uses plastic material to cover the whole body. It uses a resistive touch screen 3.2 inches with 320 x 480 resolutions (HVGA) with Acer UI interface. On the top, there are power button and 3.5 mm standard audio jack. On the rear, there are 5 megapixels camera and speaker grills. On the bottom, there is microUSB port for charging and data connectivity.

Operating System
Acer Liquid Mini E310 uses Android v2.2 Froyo and supports with ARM 11 600 MHz processor and GPU Adreno 200. On the home screen area, there are 5 homescreen with Acer UI that you can customize as you want with widgets.

Multimedia
Acer Liquid Mini E310 uses a 5 megapixels camera (2592 x 1944 pixels) with geo-tagging but without flash. It also support to record in video 480p in 30 fps. It will record in 3GP or MP4 format.
Music player is in an average without equalizer settings. The speaker is quite to produce the sound. It will show artists, albums, songs, playlist, and now playing. Its capability to play music and video is the same as others Android phone.  It supports to play MP3, WAV, WMA, and eAAC+. For video format, it supports to play MP4, WMV, H.264, and H.263.

Internet and Connectivity
Acer Liquid Mini E310 uses a quad-band GSM and supports HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA 2 Mbps. Acer Liquid Mini E310 also comes with Wi-Fi with DLNA for connectivity in the hotspot, A-GPS, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP profile to connect devices with other wireless devices, and Radio FM with RDS. It could be a portable hotspot by Wi-Fi Tethering.
The default browser of the Acer Liquid Mini E310 is quite good but without flash support. It could open 8 pages in the same time.
