Design
LG Optimus 2X is the first smartphone that uses dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, ULP GeForce GPU,  NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset. Its dimension is 124 x 63 x 10.9 mm and weight is 139 gram. LG Optimus 2X using touchscreen display 4 "with a level of resolution (480x800) pixels. The screen uses the IPS-LCDs, which currently is one of the best LCD technology to produce a bright image with good perspective, and sharp color. The display of the Optimus 2X has a good level of sensitivity, so it so good when used. Below the screen, there are four touch buttons are Menu, Home, Back, and Search. On top of the screen, there is a camera for video chat, but LG Optimus 2X is not equipped with a small LED light for notification.
 On the right side, there is only volume adjustment buttons that are separate from each other. At the top, there is the power button / lock. At the top, there are a standard 3.5 mm audio jack and HDMI port that has a protector. At the bottom, there are a microUSB port and two stereo speakers. At the rear, there is a 8-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash.

Operating System
LG Optimus 2X using the Android OS 2.2 Froyo (upgradeable to v2.3). At the bottom of the screen, there is a place for shotrcut 4 buttons (Phone, Contact, Messaging, and Application), which always appear either on the homescreen and the menu page. We can put four shortcuts on the homescreen widget that will allow us to use it.
 Each menu page can load 16 applications. You can change the look of the menu page of the list to a horizontal or vertical grid. In the vertical grid, red lines will appear at the top of the menu page with a page number in it.
The overall performance of the interface is very smooth and fast. No matter how many applications that run at once, It can not make the lag on a 1GHz dual-core chipset NVIDIA Tegra 2, although there is only 380MB of memory RAM.

Multimedia
LG Optimus 2X has no shortcut buttons for camera, this is very unfortunate because the camera of LG Optimus 2X has a great resolution of 8 megapixels (3264 x 2448) with autofocus, geo-tagging, LED flash, face and smile detection, touch-focus, and image stabilization. Interface on the camera is very functional and easy to operate, although the menu arrangement feels a bit messy, because of the many options available.

The results of the image of LG Optimus 2X camera are pretty good. LG Optimus 2X camera is capable to record video with the quality of Full HD 1080p at 24fps, while the 720p HD video at 30fps. It also has 1.3 megapixels as a secondary camera to video chatting.
Music player has a very high quality for the playback songs. Music player equipped with about 20 preset equalizer, including surround sound in both speakers or headset mode. The resulting sound is very crisp and clear.

Internet and Connectivity
LG Optimus 2x uses HSDPA 10.2 network connection Mbps. LG Optimus 2X gives a pleasant experience while doing web browsing. Almost no problems when scrolling and when exploring web pages using double-tapping or features pinch-to-zoom. Because of the strong chipset, Adobe Flash does not seem to slow down the performance of the browser - Flash content appears quickly and completely without any difference at all.
LG Optimus 2X is equipped with Wi-Fi to connect to the hotspot, microUSB port for charging and data, Bluetooth for connection with other wireless devices, A-GPS, FM Radio, DLNA, and even an HDMI port. For DLNA connectivity on the LG Optimus 2X, it has SmartShare application that allows you to send multimedia files via Wi-Fi.
